Tylenol PM vs NoDoz

Ok. Tylenol PM contains acetaminophen and diphenhydramine hydrochloride.

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride AKA benadryl is an antihistamine. It will make you sleepy.

NoDoz contains caffeine, 200mg.

Caffeine is a CNS stimulant. It will keep you awake.

Why are you comparing the two again?

What would be the point? If you need some pain relief and want to stay awake, just take regular tylenol with some nodoz.

My guess would be that the caffeine would win out, though.
