Tylenol PM vs NoDoz

Uhh, I guess I'm going to have to go look up what's in Tylenol PM.

I thought it was just acetaminophen with something to help you sleep.

Ok. Tylenol PM contains acetaminophen and diphenhydramine hydrochloride.

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride AKA benadryl is an antihistamine. It will make you sleepy.

NoDoz contains caffeine, 200mg.

Caffeine is a CNS stimulant. It will keep you awake.

Why are you comparing the two again?
 
He's not comparing them, he's saying if you took one of each would you either get sleepier or more awake.

QFT. Not that I've done that, nor plan to. But I had both bottles sitting no my desk, and it got me thinking...

Ahh, I see.

What would be the point? If you need some pain relief and want to stay awake, just take regular tylenol with some nodoz. 😛

My guess would be that the caffeine would win out, though.
