Why did my loop haze in less than a week?

Distilled water
Tygon B-44-4X
Heatkiller 3.0
MCR320 Swiftech Drive Rev3
Bitspower Compression fittings

^ I don't think those components are the wrong combination of materials.

First time I just ran hot distilled water through both. This time I used hot vinegar with distilled water. Will that be enough? And is that the proper cleaning solution?
