Tyan Tomcat i7210

I just got a new vid card for my main comp, and was going to use the nvidia 6800pci-x that was in it on my secondary. Problem is my secondary is running socket 478 with an agp card.

I found this board that I *think* could be used to upgrade my secondary keeping the processor/ram and going to a pci-x vid slot. Am I right?
