Tyan Tiger 133 and Green Power LED on case not working HELP!

I have a tyan tiger 133 Mobo, and for some reason when I hook up the Green Power LED to the mobo, it does not light up. However, I can hook up on of the RED LEDs that indicate HDD activity and it will light up. Any Ideas? Also, could I swap out these dull red LEDs for perhaps some of the ICE BLUE LEDs?
