Hey guys,

I received this board today...and I put it into my case without any cpu ram or else attached just the board and tried to start it (to see fans spin etc.) and nothing happened. I know my case is allright (InWin Q500 w/300Watt p/s) because when I tried the same thing with my MSI board it worked just fine. This tyan doesn't want to start up though. Should I conclude it is dead? Or does this mobo need a jumper moved for power to come to the mobo or does it need the cpu or ram? Or should I RMA it? Thanks for any help.
