Tyan Thunder HEsl-T vs. Intel SCB2?

I am trying to decide on which mobo (Tyan Thunder HEsl-T or Intel SCB2) to use for my server setup. I would appreciate any pros or cons for either one of these boards. To me, they appear to be almost the same, other than some integrated server management stuff but i am not all that technical so any comments would be appreciated.
