Hi to all Masters out there,

Need your help! ( 2 questions ) Just got this board Tyan S2266 paired w/ P4 1.7 + Mushkin 512DDR PC2100 (P4 w/ DDR SDRAM )

1. Right in the middle of socket (where CPU goes ) theres' a gold or orange ribbon (just curious) do I need to do something about it?

2. Power LED, HDD, Reset, etc......... connectors, manual doesn't say which one is negative or positive or does it go both ways? I mean it don't matter positive/negative?
