All apollo pro 133a boards have that option. I forget exactly where in the BIOS you have to change it for the Tyan board. Your options will be Host clock, Host clock +33 or -33. I'm not sure if it will let you go to 166 (133 + 33) (I never even considered trying it till now.) Whats nice about the Tyan board is that it tells you the memory clock speed at post (right next to the CPU speed). This option was put in so you can run a 100 mhz memory bus with a celeron, or a 133mhz bus with a 100mhz PII or PIII (or use PC100 RAM with a 133mhz CPU).
As far as the the IOQ, your options are 1 & 4. Use 4 unless you have a serious lockup problem. using 1 will drastically kill your CPU performance.
