MoBo: TYAN S1590S
CPU: K62+
Video Card: GF2 MX

I built this system for a friend, several years ago, when the S1590S was relatively new and was getting great reviews.
Off and on he has had off issues, shuch as having to try several CD-Rom drives to get one to work.

It originaly had a K62-400 on it, and has been upgraded to a K62+ 450 running fine at 550.
This upgrade happened about 2 months ago and when I did it I tested with Prive 95, CPU Burn and 3dMark 2000.

Within the last week, this system has started exibiting issues with not seeing the Boot device.
I works fine when he is booting from a bootable floppy, but not when attempting to bood from his C-drive.
If it has been off for a while, he has to turn it on and off several times to get it to recognize the C-drive as a boot device.

Could this be a problem with the OC of the K62+ or are these issues, when considering the pre upgrade problems more an issue with thes MoBo?
