Two Wireless Optical Desktop Keyboard/Mouse combos

I have the Microsoft wireless optical desktop setup (just the regular one) on two computers, right next to each other. I have interference, they cannot both work at once (keyboard connects on whichever receiver it feels like). I was wondering if there is a way to change the channel it is operating on? The only buttons I have found for the wireless are the connect buttons on the mouse and keyboard, and the reset button on the receiver. Any thoughts?
