Two Windows 10 Pro Profiles and Software Installations

At work we have a PC with two user profiles in Windows 10 Pro. My Windows user profile is the second one. The Windows administrator profile is the first one. I set it up this way. Is there a way that I can prevent program installations from occurring in my user profile when they get installed from the administrator profile because sometimes stuff gets installed that I don't need an adds bloat an annoyances to my usage. Overall it's works better when I have my own user profile but sometimes program installations get through to my user profile when installed form the administrator profile and I end up with shortcuts on my desktop that I don't want and stuff running in the background that I don't want. Is there a way to have my own personal Windows registry just for my user profile, so that even though programs get installed to the SSD, they will be transparent to my user profile in Windows? Basically I want my user profile to have no affect from program installations that are being done on the administrator's profile.

When programs are installed, in the Administrator account, generally, the better ones, have option, to select for "All Users of this Computer", or "Just this User". Select the appropriate option at installation time.

Otherwise, move or delete the shortcuts on your user account desktop, if they bother you that much.

If you are not administrator and have no control of the software installation,

you can only ask the administrator to delete the shortcuts or remove background programs.

And depends on the setup, your profile probably resides on the network.

If that's the case, there is nothing you can do by yourself. Ask administrator to help.

As VL said, it depends on the program. Most programs will be there anyway, regardless of account, usually just a matter of shortcuts.
