Two Win7 64bit blue screens in one week

In the past two weeks I've had two blue screen crashes in Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and I'm wondering how to resolve them. I've uploaded the dump files here http://hostmine.us/rking/download.php, 91510.zip and 092110.zip from the list, but I don't know what anything in them means so I'm hoping someone here does. System specs:

MSI K9N6PGM2-V2
Phenom II x4 945
2 GB Apacer/2 GB ADATA RAM
XFX 5770
OCZ ModXStream Pro 500w
WD 320GB HDD
Sony DVD burner

How do I go about diagnosing this problem, or fixing it? Thanks for any help.

I ran memtest twice today, one for two passes (until the power in most of my city went out) and another after the city's power came back on for one pass and neither showed errors. After the first BSOD I ran memtest for two passes with success as well. My BIOS is up to date, I've run Windows Update, my drivers are current as well.

I don't know, and I don't really want to find out at this immediate moment. I just received my replacement PSU and I'd like to watch it for the next few days to make sure it doesn't go bad like my first one. I could start it up early in the day and let it go through the day but I don't feel comfortable leaving it running when I can't watch it. That, and the stock fan on my heatsink is loud enough to keep me awake in the next room.
