Two video cards and high cpu usage

Hi, i have this DFI NF4 SLI-DR motherboard and two Leadtek 6800 gt pcie video cards. My system is windows xp pro sp2. My cpu is AMD 64 3200+.

When I use one video card, everything is fine. But when I use both cards, the cpu usage at idle in windows is always high (over 50%) and when I enable SLI mode , it even gets higher (above 80%). Then if I plug one card off, this problem disappears.

And I think it's not the problem of windows or drivers because I just reinstalled windows xp and I tried several drivers

When i use process explorer to check what is using the cpu, there is hardware interrupts which occpupies cpy all the time.

So now i can only use one video card and disable the other one in device manager, otherwise cpu usage whould be very high.

Do you know if this is a problem of the video cars or the motherboards? What should I do? Thanks
