I ordered mine literally two days ago, got it today... very nice for free shipping. Anyways, went online to do the rebate, downloaded the rebate form and the dates say only for purchases between 9/28/2006 thru 10/11/2006. I was pissed for a second. Went to the onrebate website, found that they much change the offer number every now and then... So, if you bought before 9/28, look for offer number UL-2738. Also, I guess you could order another one now and still get the rebate since its now technically a diff offer #

Is free shipping over, or is there a code? I went through just about to the end and never had a free shipping option.

I got mine today and install was a breeze! I think the case even cools better than my old Cooler Master Centurion5. I am still testing.

The case looks awesome and is pretty dog gone quiet considering I have 3 fans running inside.

They really thought this case through. The bag of screws was overkill but I appriciate things like that...that the company would even care to give you ANY screws.

I give it a 10!

I received this case yesterday. Shipping was very quick. The case is pretty damn nice for $10. I would have paid much more for a quality case like this. Install was painless other than a slightly firm I/O shield in the back. Looks very slick too.

I just got the $10 case today. It is very stylish and build quality is excellent for such a cheap case. The sheet metal is of adequate thickness, there weren't any scratches in the paint, the little door covering the USB/firewire ports is spring loaded and sturdy. The door covering the drive bays and power/reset buttons opens and closes easily, it allows the power/hdd LED's to shine through, and the key actually works. The side panel comes off easily with 2 thumb screws. If you want to add a front fan, you first have to remove both side panels in order to get the front panel off. The rear fan cutout was meant for a 120mm fan, but the honeycomb hole pattern they use lines up so that you can still use an 80mm fan there. It just doesn't fill the entire area is all. Plenty of hardware is provided. Not surprisingly there are no fans included.

The $30 case is extremely cheaply made. I found inside the case some broken riviots, and the legs are also very cheap. Heck, one turn, and it fell off.
You can't screw the legs back on, since the metal is too thin, and so you must go out and find some nuts to secure the screw on.

The bag of screws isn't overkill, it is needed if you want to mount your 3.5 or 5 1/4 drives.
They went overboard with the cheap quality plastic.

Not bad for $30, but pretty bad for $80.

Still waiting on the $10 case but, like the poster above, I find the $30 case to be cheaply made. Of course, what more should I expect given the price? It came with standoffs installed and a couple of them are bent. One of the HD mounts was lodged in crooked and it took quite a bit of wiggling and pulling to get it out, and the metal is really flimsy. I still think it's a great case for the price though, and it arrived undamaged, which is more than I can say for 2 other cheap cases I've bought recently.

Just had a chance to take the $10 case out of the box to check it out. FedEx Ground beat up the box pretty bad but it came out unscathed. Reasonably nice design, only I don't like doors too much (but I know others do) and the front panel looks a bit dated considering Antec/Aspire/Chenming/Chieftec has been making cases that looked like that for years.

I do like the uninpeded airflow in the front - too many cases these days don't have enough front ventilation. 120mm exhaust fan is nice. Case is reasonably sturdy. No rubber/plastic feet included which is kind of strange - feet are just bumps from the bottom of case. No front audio ports, but that doesn't matter to most who use PCI sound cards. Overall I think this is actually a reasonable deal for a $40-50 case. $13 after rebate and tax is a killer deal.

The Payment Pending status still has a big red X and when I called today they claimed the check would have been sent the day they received the physical items (receipt, UPC, etc). That was the 22nd so we shall see. If they truly deliver in 3-5 days then the $2.50 I paid was worth, otherwise, maybe not so much.

Update 9/30

My check came today, looks like they cut it on the 25th, 3 days after they received the paperwork. Worth the $2.50 to have it in hand instead of waiting 12 more weeks.

I dont know what case you got...but mine is awesome. Legs are really sturdy. Case is VERY light no broken rivets at all. Everything fit in really well. And the bag of of screws was a little overkill (I had like 60 screws left over) but like I stated...I like that they added it.

Guess Fedex was nicer with your case then.
I was installing everything in, when I noticed that it also didn't come with a PSU mount plate.:disgust: One drive bay holder also has crappy rubber boots, that look like they have been cut.

 seems I got the worst case (or maybe a return) out of the lot.

Sounds like something went screwy with yours.

Got mine in like 36hours from ordering! Opened it up (the Alumina case) and all looks well, no problems, and I like the looks.

Crazy nice deal, OP. now that I've gotten over being mad....I can say thanks! :)

Micro Center is selling the Ultra case for $5.00 AR. It is listed in its current ad. Don't know if it comes with PS or not. Most likely not for this price.

Can somebody post the rebate form. It is no longer available on the website and I can't find my copy.

I bought the Aluminus case, and it is quite good. I don't like the rails for the optical drives as it seems to take me more time to put on the rails then to stick in the drives. Other then that it is the best and definitely the biggest case I have ever owned.

Thank you
