Alright, so I've got 3 issues.

1) I manage a restaurant, and I need to pick up some Wireless headsets for our Lanline. This is at the owner's request, and I'd prefer to not waste money, or look like a tard here. From what I gather, possible solution:
A) Find a good "Mini Phone" and a wired headset.
B) Find a standalone headset. (I haven't been able to find a standalone headset, of any kind, below $200.)

2) My mouse is a Razer Diamondback (Blue, if there's been any manufacturing defects that are color specific), and occasionally when I start up my computer, I have to unplug it, and plug it back in. Sometimes while playing a game, the mouse will skip around the screen, or stop responding until I jar it somehow. The lens seems to be clean, best I can tell. I've switched usb ports, and I don't think the problem is the port, however I could be wrong. I'm using all 4 ports (DX1 Input System, Keyboard, Mouse, PSP/Cellphone data cable) at the moment. I built my computer, but never figured out how to get extra USB inputs. It always just disabled some of the ones that were on the mobo itself.
At any rate, I need to know:
A) How long does a manufacturer's warranty replacement typically take? I am having trouble finding whether or not Razer sports a Lifetime Warranty. Anyone know for sure?
B) How do I connect a new set of USB ports. I'm currently using a BFG motherboard, I can't think of the model number offhand, but it's the only BFG mobo.
C) As far as USB hubs go, is there a level of quality difference that I will notice by using a cheap one? I'm a heavy gamer, so I do notice drops in latency. I'd want to connect as much as possible to the Hub, which would probably include a Keyboard, Mouse, and DX1 Input System. Ideally, I would also like to get a USB microphone at some point as well, so that makes 4 ports. Any reccommendations?
