ok, c:\game is not a good concept imo. c:\program dir\game, however, makes sense

Maybe to you, to me it doesn't. I don't want sh!t buried 10 directories deep. Or those stupid programs who do C:\EA\Electronic Arts\Bonestorm or some crap.
