1. Middle clicking (I.E. clicking w/ the scroll wheel) on a link opens it in a new tab in the background (very useful in the forums, as it's better than a ctrl-click :).
2. Mouse gestures. find it here My mouse at work has no back / forward buttons, so I had to click back. :( Until I found this :D. Also, refresh, instead of f5, is updown and I made close tabe leftright. :D Next and prev tab are upleft and upright respectively.

Maybe many of you are farmilir w/ both of these already, but they were new to me, so I thought I'd share em' with those of you who don't know.

Nice. The middle button click is one trick I hadn't picked up on, but that should be easier than using Ctrl-T.

Mouse guestures too?

FF does the middle click thing by default...

Yup mouse gestures and the middle click thingy work right on installation.

yep and IMO operas jestures work better and are used with the ight click and not left

also in opera if you have a munch of tabs open you can hold right click and use teh wheel to scroll through them really fast, and jump to whatever one you want

Yep, because not liking tabbed browsing equates to living in the 19th century.

my middle button (scroll wheel) is already programmed via Intellipoint to page down... so I doubt it would work. (why would you want a tab in the background anyway?)

Besides, I hate the idea of tabs... I rather have separate windows.

is it free? Ok, so STFU.(Tired of Opera fans feeling the constant urge to crap in firefox threads).

I discoverd mouse gestures when it was firebird but I have since moved on to better mouse ;).

I think middle-button scroll got better since .8 release.

paying for something that is available for free is plain stupid but no nothing wrong with it.

everything on the internet if free

and what wrong with paying for something you like? studiscount is weet as well

There is no reason to pay for something if a competing program can do everything it can and is free.

Mouseguestures do require an extension in FF, but mine defaulted to right click (but it can be changed to any of the 3 main mouse buttons.

Edit: And there's also an FF extension to do the right click/scroll through a list of tabs thing.
