Two slim drives stacked?

Does anyone make a cage or housing of some kind that can fit two slim drives stacked into a standard 5.25" bay? I've found several cases that I like that only have one external 5.25" bay, but I want two CD/DVD drives, so I started wondering if anyone makes such a thing.

In truth, I would sooner think that this would be a job for a Dremmel, than think there is a gadget for this.

buy a usb2.0 or firewire enclosure for the extra drive?

Thing is, I've managed to find a 5.25" bay insert that holds a floppy drive and a slim CD drive, but not one that supports two slim CD drives. Am I the only one that misses the possibility of not having two optical drives in a small system?
