Two Radeon based PCs but Crimson only installs on one?

Hi,

I've got two PCs with Radeons (R5 230 and HD 7800) and the new Crimson drivers will only install on one (the one w/HD 7800) of them. On the R5 230 system the new GUI does not get installed (doesn't even show up as an option) and the installer only updates the HDMI Audio driver. Both PCs running Windows 7 64-bit.

Thanks,

->g.

Are both Win7 versions the same? Both SP1?

It would surprise me to learn that a non-GCN card is supported.

IIRC, you can go to the location where AMD unpacks the drivers, and manually install CCC Crimson software.

I tried the beta drivers (15.11.1) that were released today and that installed the new settings UI (along with the updated driver of course). I thinks this is why:
