Two quick power supply questions.

1) Do I need a new one? Right now I have and Antec PP 303x 300watt. It has a combined +3.3 and +5 of 160 watts max.

I have 1ghz Tbird, 2 sticks of PC 133 ram, dual 7200rpm HDs, floppy drive, CD-RW, DVD-Rom, radeon 8500, C-media sound card, 1 12" Cold Cathode, and 5 80mm fans with LEDs. I ask because sometimes my CC flickers and my fans spin up and down(faster/slower). Recently I have had some random resets too. I checked the voltage in the bios and this is what it said:

Vcore 1.81
3.3v 3.38
5v 4.90
12v 12.06 to 12.12

2) Do any power supplies come with all the cables pre-wrapped in like split-loom or mesh? I know quite a few come with the ATX cable wrapped but i haven't found one with all the cables wrapped.

those are good readings for that PSU, I have Allied 300W psu also which has 160W combined also. Works flawlessly (knock on wood) with my rig (see sig).
