1. I currently have two identical drives running raid 0. If I wanted to included a backup drive I would need a drive that is equal to the sum of the space of both drives correct? Lets say it was 10 gig more, what would happen to this unused data? Also what about the delay- lets say I was running two 7200 RPM sata drives on raid 0 and one 5400rpm ATA drive on raid 1 how would this work, the backup drive would be MUCH slower.
