Two questions: Windows Sleep Mode and My optical mouse

I've gone dumb. Anyone able to tell me how to change the settings on Windows Sleep Mode that only allows it to wake up if I press a key on the keyboard? I don't want it waking up using the mouse as well.

Also, my optical mouse will light up when its completely still. What is the deal with that? lol Time for a new one?
