1. If after the hand re-count in florida is done in the 4 counties and gore is still behind should Al Gore ask for a fourth re-count in those same counties ????

2. If the four hand re-counts put Gore ahead will you be mad if Bush ask for another hand re-count in the same four counties just to make sure that it was really accurate ???

He can't
No more recounts after Tuesday 5pm

"Bob Crawford, who replaced Gov. Jeb Bush as commissioner of Florida's Canvassing Commission, said Saturday that if a county misses the state's deadline for certifying results, the entire county's vote will be thrown out."

"The statute is very clear that if a county's results are not to us by 5 p.m. Tuesday we shall ignore that county's vote, and the counties need to be very aware of that," Crawford told reporters. "Candidates asking for recounts need to be aware of that."

Actaully the Democrats were going to go to court and try to push the tuesday deadline back another week or two.

The Dems pushing back the deadline, is as likely as Bush getting that injunction on Monday to stop all hand counts. IE no chance in hell.

Yup, the law is the law. Bush can't change the "hand-count" law and Gore can't change the "deadline" law.
