<< 1. normally take 1 day off between hard workouts on same muscle group
2. at least 45 minutes, depends on how much you ate though. >>
thats true.
yeah like i hear the best thing to do is pick a muscle group and do one per day of the week (ie pecs/back/shoulders monday, biceps/triceps tuesday, calfs/quads/a$$ wednesday, blabla and then repeat afterwards but like always take sundays off - or at least one day a week)
1. I go a full week before working a specific muscle group again
2. I can't exercise to my fullest potential unless I have at least 2 hours between when I eat and when I exercise. Also, make sure that you exclude any carbonated beverages as well. Carbonated drinks can kill your workout potential.
I don't really feel that sore after working out a part of my body anymore (the day after) i've been working out for about a month. So I thought I could work it out again maybe a day or two after i already worked it out. Am I not working out hard enough or my muscles just used to growing?
since youve only been workin out for a month eaither youre naturally strong or youre just liftin too lil...
although its VERY recommended to start off slowly cuz no matter how strong you are, working out is conditioning and if ya start small and gradually build up ya cant go wrong and theres lil risk of tearking a muscle.
i say 24 hours is good enough a rest. but if ya doin like many days a week be sure to take one off to rest your muscles.
