Two PS4 accounts, need info

Hi, I wanna make a secondary account but on my first account, I have 1 year of PS Plus and PS4 is set as primary. Now I wanna make a secondary US account to buy some games and play. Now as I already have PS PLUS on my first account , do I need to buy PLUS for my second account ? And do I have to set my PS4 as PRIMARY on my second account for playing games in the second account ?
