And those two are:

1) Whoever came up with the idea of the new style of discussion board. Wayyyy back in late 90's message boards looked very primitive, kind of like Slashdot comments. Then I think phpbb or fusetalk came out with new message board software that allowed for all these fine features, and an intuitive layout.

2) Whoever came up with flash based video. No more going to a video site, and being told that I don't have the latest version of Quicktime or Media Player, then having it load, and then finally viewing video on a tiny screen.
