Ok I am stumped.
I have noticed in the last 30days a second instance or install of most all of my applications. This extends to Control Panel which now contains TWO instances of Display, Power Options, Keyboard, Wireless Network, etc.
The system seems to run ok but lags somewhat when the wife is on our networked PC.
I have checked for a system restore point but they only go back for Four days and I have lived with the problem now for a month.
A reinstall of Wibndows would be ok if I can do it simply. That is without reinstalling SP2 and rebuilding my home network and reinstalling Kaspersky online etc. Even this is ok if I don't kill all of my network associations by doing this.
I would love to send a screenshot of this issue but am unsure how Anands uses this function. Attach a webpage with the shot or what?
Please help me to remove this stone from my shoe.
