I just got two NetWave Blitzz BWP712 superg pc cards from wal mart for $10 each[clearance]. I am having trouble with them, each seem to have about 50-75% packet loss. I have a bunch of WRT54G's in WDS mode and Linksys pc cards, but to check the problem I only have one running with no security and totally open. The laptop is running XP Pro and I tried it with the Blitzz network manager and with just the drivers (cd versions and the lastest versions off there site).
Windows and the Blitzz network manager confirm that its connected to the WRT54G & its sending and recv packets, but I cant get onto the internet. I can ping anything, but usually get 50-75% packet loss. I never had any trouble before.
Im wondering if these network cards arnt going to work well Linksys (never heard of Bltzz/Netwave before). Or maybe they were returned back to Walmart because both were on clearance for a crazy $10 each?
