two networks at once

hello I am trying to connect to two wired networks at the same time one is for regular use internet and email the other is on a vlan for communicating with plc's in the plant the subnet and gateway are different my number one network card is on network as (obtain ip address automatically IP as 10.137.21.XXX my number two network card is setup as (use following IP 10.20.68.XXX as this is what the administrator gave me as my vlan range both work fine as long as the other is disabled but I need them both to work together is this possible? thanks in advance

Check your subnet masks too.
