I saw this posted over on FW by onion:

Two powerline adapters free after 3 MIRs. One of the MIRs is supposed to be part of a Slingbox bundle but all three print out at the register with just the purchase of the adapters. None of the T&Cs on any of the rebates mentions any requirement to purchase a Slingbox.

These things are great for extending networks over distances too vast for wireless to work properly. I've got some powerline stuff set up at the folks' place for just that purpose.

I might go with something like this. The 2.4 ghz phones are interfering at times with my network.

cant complain about free and is smoking for those in areas with a ton of interference. i know of some places where wireless range is like 12ft (regardless of router and cards), it would be perfect for that situation.
