Both my 15gb deskstars in my raid 0 array went kaput. Hope Hitachi sends me some good drives in return. Plus, since the 15's are so old, do you think I'll get bigger drives when I rma these?

I have!!
But they were quantums .

I have... but only with Maxtor. I sent in a bunch of 30GB Diamond Max+60's and got a bunch of 40GB D740's.

Yeah it was, but the Dmax's were old enough I kinda figured I'd get something new.
It was not long after Maxtor bought Quantum. that could be why.
