Question two keystone jacks back to back

Been searching but can't find the answer. I have a wall between bedrooms (drywall) in my house and whoever put the wall jacks in put them in direct line with each other on both sides of the wall. One room has a PC and the other room is where all the network gear in the second floor connect into a switch. So I have a keystone plate in both rooms right in line with each other. Are there like any keystone jacks that could be wired up so the cables when punched down go downwards and not out the back? Talking cat6 or cat6a cable. There really wouldn't be room to have a cable coming out of both keystone jacks and no be bent at a bad angle due to how close they physically are to each other in the wall.

Isn't that just how the wires are connected? 90 degree. 180 degree. In the end don't they all come out the back? Maybe I'm looking at it wrong.

Looking at them they seem to come down the side instead of the back or the top depending on the jack.

Or terminate the cable and plug it into one of these.
