Two instances of rundll32.exe running? Too much?

I'm running Win2K and I see two instances of rundll32.exe and Winmgmt running. How do I figure out how its being loaded and would it cause system instability issues? Thanks.

Rundl32.exe is basically your system properties , if you have two of those running and yet you don't have system props running then something is wrong .

With nothing opened all I have is Winmgmt running in my processes.

Try using a startup application such as Start Cop and see what is loading up during your boot process .
