Two GPU Questions

First off, I want to know if there is a way to compare two different cards on benchmarks for the same game a the same resolution. Something similar to Anandtech's benchmarks, but I would prefer to select the cards to compare.

Secondly, I need opinions on this card.

It's a reference design GTX 260, just like all the others. If you want a 260, it's no better or worse. I've seen under-$300 deals mentioned here and in Hot Deals on 260 cards so you might want to look for a better price than $300.

Read the many 4870 threads and the AnandTech 48xx review for why the 4870 is a better choice for most people, but if you strongly prefer nvidia it will be almost as fast.

Use Fraps for benching, there is an explaination for benching on that page aswell.

Also This 4870 is a better buy and slightly faster card in most cases at $275.
