Two GPU in Fractal Design Meshify C Midi

On my new PC will install two GPU, the old one of my current PC connected to display and the new one to be used only for compute, so they will never be heavy loaded together.

The mobo is ASUS Prime B450-Plus ATX, case Fractal Design Meshify C Midi, old GPU Sapphire HD 7950 Boost Dual-X, new GPU Kfa2-GTX-1070-EX-8GB.

Not sure if I need to install the old one in the upper or lower PCIe slot, and if the case is cooled enough or I will need to add another fan.

Doing some research appear the GPU positioning is mandatory in one way since just one of the Pcie slot is x16, so that's need to be the one for the card driving the display.

So te point is how to cool effectively the case, considering the Meshify C mount a single front a single rear from the manufacturer.
