I am not an addict (not even Level 60 in 1 year and I only have one char)...but it's fun for me and my brother to play together since we can't always hang out.

I don't believe so...I know you can pick how you want to pay each month (game card, CC, etc)...

I would imagine they would need some kind of regular payment monthly though and if you can't would want to just keep you off the game.

This isn't to exclude you really, it's to exclude the knuckleheads that would use these to just mess up the game. (I don't know where ppl find the time).
