I think the difference is that the first is NTSC and the second maybe is PAL

there are so many Radeon variants in oem, and now there are 2rd party made Radeon cards.
whatever, get the one with 128Mbit DDR (32 or 64MB doesn't matter), not the one with 64Mbit DDR or 128Mbit SDR (especially with the suffix VE or 7000 or 7200).

both links are the original radeon 64MB ddr vivo - single vga-out with video-in and video-out.

Keep in mind also that the OEM 64DDR VIVOs run at 166/166 as opposed to 183/183 for the retail. I just sold my 64MB DDR VIVO retail card for $100.
