When I start my computer up after it's been off for a while the screen is all distorted. Restarting fixes this. I don't think it's the video card since I've reseated it several times and have tried using a geforce 2 mx 400 and a radeon 9800 pro and the problem occurs in both (although in the 9800 pro the distortion wasn't as bad). Is this some problem with the mobo?
Another problem I've had is I can't change the memory timings on the ram. I change it in the bios but when it boots up it shows 2.5 3 3 8 the ram is rated for 2 3 3 6.
I'm using a chaintech znf3-150 with a 3400+ oced to 210. Running between 45 and 55 degrees (idle/under load). My power supply is an enermax 550W.
