Two different 3200+ winchesters? *confused*

I just noticed that the stores I usually order hardware from carry 2 different winchester AMD 64 3200+ cpus.

One is called:

ADA3200DIK4BIBOX

and the other:

ADA3200BIBOX


Now as the price is apparantly nearly the same I am wondering which one to get as I am about to build myself a new system.

Any help will be highly appreciated
