Two dead boards

I have had two of the same Biostar Athlon XP motherboards die on me. I boot up the system and a little yellow flame appears on the board and creates a burn spot. So is this a bad batch of boards or is there something else wrong with my hardware. The PSU (350 WATT ENERMAX) and all other components were working fine before this.
 
You either got pretty unlucky and had 2 bad boards or you have a PSU issue, I'd get your PSU checked out before replacing the board again, I've also had a Biostar M7NCG Pro fail on me but it didn't burn =P
