is there a way to have two cursors controlled by two separate mice in windows?
would be cool to use with a dual monitor setup...

darnit....theres gotta be a way...

i was sitting here thinking about how one would do it...perhaps a program that displays a second "dummy cursor" that moves around reading inputs from a second mouse (i dunno..this might require specially written usb drivers so windows doesn't react to the motion of the second mouse)...this dummy cursor is a dummy until the second mouse is clicked, then the program moves the Windows mouse coordinates for the split second of the click, then moves it back for the first mouse....
obviously not the best way...but it'd work fine for office apps etc.
hmmmmmmmm

No, there isn't. Nor is there a way to give the same cursor different sensitivity settings for different devices (Mouse and a trackball in my case).

Hopefully Longhorn will get this--it would make dual-monitor gaming systems aboslutely awesome...or at least practical, which they aren't now.
