Two cpu usage graphs under task management?

I use ctrl+alt+del to get to the Windows Task Manager. Under the performance tab I can view the cpu usage and I thought it was a bit odd that I have two separate graphs for cpu usage when I'm just running a 2.6ghz P4. It also shows two cpus under my device manager...should I disable one?
