Two computers. Which one for gaming?!

Just got a new computer and im kinda confused if I should trade my old pc for this new one. I was satisfied for gaming with my older one, which had an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 graphics card, 3.9gb RAM, an Intel Core i3 M 330 2.13 GHz CPU and Windows 7 Operating System. The new one is a Hp Pavilion, with a INTEL (R) PENTIUM (R) CPU 2030M @ 2.50GHz CPU, 6.1 gb RAM, a RADEON (TM) HD 8670M graphics card and Windows 8 Professional Edition 64 BIT.
I would like to know if I should swap the newer one for my older one, because I will use it sometimes to play games.

Not sure I understand your question. Are you thinking of returning the Pentium machine?

If your question is which is faster, definitely the Pentium. In fact I am surprise you can game at all with that 5470m.

The newer one has a faster processor (CPU) and faster graphics (GPU), so should run games a bit better, if that's what you are asking. You haven't said how much it will cost to swap? or is it a straight swap, in which case you would be mad not to surely?

Its a straight swap, the pc is new, and it will not cost me anything. Thank you both for your answers 😉
