No prizes for guessing which one.
https://thehill.com/homenews/admini...news-for-countrys-anger-the-true-enemy-of-the
The president said in a pair of tweets that the "Fake News Media" is "the true Enemy of the People," reviving a derisive term for the press less than a week after an explosive device was mailed to CNN's New York City offices.
Leave it to Trump to combine "luegenpresse" and "enemy of the people." Do we want an America with "enemies of the people?" Get out and vote.

Calling the press (which he falsely dubs the "fake news media") the enemy of the people is so dangerous and irresponsible it's tough to think he doesn't know exactly what he's doing and what he wants to happen.
^^^ This. :(

Is it really worth keeping the country together at this point?

The only "enemy of the people" is Fox news, night after night they spread utter bullshi* like Soros and key Dems are funding the caravan of immigrants heading through Mexico. This is a DIRECT causation of nut-jobs like the goon who mailed out all those bombs, Fox has spread stupidity like they will bring leprosy, chicken pox, measles into the US.

Know who is the enemy of the people? A press secretary who goes to the podium lies and tells people Trump won a majority of the vote. Que Suckabee Sanders, yesterday.

Well he is trying to unite the country, so of course he won the popular vote.

All things end but it's not yet time I think. If you believe it is then arm yourself because it will be bloody.

Best to wait and see if we can take the House, because that's where most legislation starts and the Dems can do whatever they want if they have the spine.

Youre angry at something that isnt even a thing. Fox news condemned and banned the Lou Dobbs guest that made that statement about Soros.

He absolutely 100% knows. I'm pretty sure several media people have even said he outright said exactly that to them (he's doing it purely to undermine them for his own gain). He doesn't give a fuck because its all about protecting himself and as that's become more risky and the potential consequences become more severe, the more he needs it. He's desperate and he'll resort to desperate means. The problem is too many people in our country are choosing to ignore reality so its causing a lot of havoc, and its going to be catastrophic if the sham gets further enabled or when it bursts. As it is, there will be decades of damage. Honestly, I think Turmp might even be so much of a crazed egomaniac that he's ok with devastating the US. He strikes me as the type of person that goes "you know who people won't forget? Hitler" and that when people go "yeah because he was one of if not the worst person that ever lived" and he'd just smile and go "yeah but people won't forget" before winking at you. And then he'd claim that Abraham Lincoln was worse than Hitler but that because Lincoln got murdered but Hitler shot himself is the reason why history views them so differently.

Dobbs HIMSELF should be banned for inviting anyone who is going to spew that kind of hate-speech on a major network, millions saw that BEFORE it was pulled, damage done. Dobbs himself posted a tweet suggesting that the person who mailed the bombs was part of a Dem plot before the midterms, then the idiot was quickly caught and he had to delete the tweet. On and on it goes from Trump, to Conway, to an ensemble at Fox to try and scare people that those "nasty brownskins" are coming. Just the fact that trump actually dispatched 5,000 US Army to the border after numerous speeches at rally's claiming that "ISIS will be mixed in" or "gang members" are coming. if your not able to see this shi*-stain excuse for a POTUS is clearly stoking every possible amount of fear-mongering and racist thought to possibly help out mid-terms than you're blinders are large indeed.

Interesting you turned my response into an I love Trump thing.

I dunno man. I guess everything is related to Trump if you look hard enough?

The 2 bit dictator Barack?

https://www.newsweek.com/when-obama-went-war-fox-news-632424

"Attacking the news media is a time-honored White House tactic,” says media critic Brian Stelter, but “to an unusual degree,” this administration has “narrowed its sights to one specific organization,” which it has deemed “part of the political opposition.”

Stelter quotes a top White House staffer: “We’re going to treat them the way we would treat an opponent,” she says. “We don’t need to pretend that this is the way that legitimate news organizations behave.”

Stelter didn’t write those words about President Donald Trump, and the rogue media organization isn’t Stelter’s current employer, CNN. Nor is the White House aide defending the strategy of open hostility from Sarah Huckabee Sanders or Kellyanne Conway.

Stelter wrote those words in 2009, for The New York Times, and he wrote them about President Barack Obama, who was then in the midst of furious battle with Fox News. In many ways, it was a protracted fight that presaged the one Trump is now waging against CNN and the rest of the mainstream media."

Ohhh that's right, as long it was Barack Obutthole attacking Fox news it's perfectly OK.

Funny, I never heard Obama give multiple speeches calling Fox News the enemy of the People, maybe you can link them all up for us. I'll be waiting...

Fox News is more of a tabloid than a news organization at this point, at least their website is.
