Two arrested in "Goatse Placement Contest"

Those frequenting OT forums are already aware of this.

For those not in the know....Fazle had a contest to place hand-drawn versions of goatse in public places. Prize for best/most obnoxious placement was a 5-disc DVD player. These two 'tards decided an elementary school would be a good place for this contest. The cops thought otherwise.
