Out of sheer boredom, I some of got hooked to this show. Not so much because I love it, it's because I just have lots of time on my hands now (recently laid off).

For a guy my age (28), the humor is bit tame and even cliche at times (oh no! the bachelor is enjoying his single casual-sex life!). I think it's directed towards someone like my dad's age or bit younger, but not old as Leno's core audience.

There's nothing wrong with tame humor. For example, I think Seinfeld is hilarious. I just think 2.5 Men comes across as awkward

I'm into season 2 and I lost interest.. but I'll probably resume through sometime. I can't wait for the new season of entourage.

Do you like it?

Tame? I actually think that it's pretty risque for prime time TV, let alone syndicated stuff at the 6:30 time slot. I do enjoy it though. I think the cast plays well off of each other.

Who thought a show about Charlie Sheen f00king anything that moves would be entertaining? But it is! Great show, the wife and I watch it.

Yea I do think it's tame because- it's risque if you don't think it is, but if you think it is, the show's rather tame.

I don't know. Compare it to something like Family Guy. I know it's animated but the real topic it deals with are outright in-your-face like ridiculing homosexuality, racism, mentally/physically handicapped, etc.

A show like Seinfeld is funny because it deals with tame humor and does it well
A show like Family Guy/South Park/etc is funny because it's prime drive is pushing the envelope.

2.5 Men is at an awkward middle where its main humor is based on sex/modern lifestyle, but it's not quite that shocking therefore ends up being lukewarm amusing (at least for me or my age group)

Do not like. Too stereotypical for me, seems like it's aimed at the "normal guy". I guess I'm not normal...

I agree....I normally don't care much for sitcoms, but this one is great. Basically Charlie's character is a mockery of his real-life persona.

Charlie Sheen funny...a shocker, no doubt. But I've watched a number of episodes and found each one pretty humorous.

It's pretty funny most of the time, but it does get old after a while definitely.

Two and a Half Men is one of those shows you wouldn't mind watching on an airplane, but wouldn't watch at home. Everybody Loves Raymond also fits that bill.
