two 150 raptors raid 0 vs 1 300 raptor

Wondering if there's any sort of gain running two 150 raptors vs a single 300. They're raptors so obviously not being bought for the purposes of storing data so I don't care if the array is lost.
 
Depends... if all of them were VelociRaptors, then you would get the usual gains from running RAID 0. If the 150GB were the older Raptors, then I'd go with a single 300GB.
