Twitch Builds a $2500 Computer

Someone has purchased parts around $2500 and has been live streaming his build process.

It seems like 6 hours have passed already and the community to help him put it together.

If you like sitting through watching people refusing to read manuals and twitch chat give contradictory answers you can amuse yourself here.

Six hours? Are they stretching it out intentionally? Or, first time building? Water-cooling? Shouldn't take more than an hour to actually assemble a PC. I do it in 15-30 minutes, for an entry-level type box. Even the OS install doesn't take an hour. Although, doing the Windows Updates, after everything is assembled and installed, can take a few hours.

Edit: I'm out of there. Too painful to watch.

I'm laughing, but it's too painfully embarrassing to watch. Spent a few hours deconstructing my current build out of a case and into another case today myself.

Dear lord....he's taking forever just to insert the 20 pin connector into the PSU so he can connect it to the motherboard. I just hope for his sake that it boots up without any major issues or the magic smoke escaping.

Is this guy related to Mayne???

Edit: Nevermind. Even Mayne is smarter than that kid.

OMG. He's got two fan sockets coming out of his case, and he's thinking those are the case fan plugs from the front fans, and trying to plug them into the mobo.
