twitch above my right eye

The past several days I've had this twictch just above my right eye. I have to put my hand on it to make it stop. Is there any reason this is happening? Am I losing my mind?

My right eyelid will sometimes twitch for days on end.

Ive had several eye problems including iritis and episcleritis. This just sounds like a muscle spasm. If you really think its a problem, see an opthamologist. He'll take your $25 deductible and tell you that you are crazy.

I have spasms a couple times a month in my eyes, only lasts for a few mins though. It is mainly due to stress/lack of sleep/too much staring at PC screen.
